Fall Footie Fest | OCT

Colorado Storm is proud to host the Fall Footie Fest, our state’s premier annual celebration for recreational soccer. Join us on Sunday, October 3rd, 2027, as we return to the fantastic fields at Gates South Soccer Complex. This one-day event is all about fun and celebrating the heart of the soccer community.

We welcome boys’ and girls’ recreational teams from U6–U14 (no competitive teams, please!) to join the festivities. Since 2022, the Storm has hosted over 50 teams each year for this special day of play. We invite all recreational teams from all Colorado regions to experience a tournament environment that feels like a community party.

Why the Fall Footie Fest is Special

We believe every player and coach deserves a chance to shine and grow. This event creates a positive spark for players just starting their soccer journey.

• Free Coaching Education: Start the day with a special guest speaker at our coaching seminar, included at no extra cost!

• Three Fast-Paced Games: Teams are guaranteed 3 games with shorter halves to keep the energy high and kids moving.

• Affordable for Everyone: One low fee covers your games and education, providing great value for our local families.

• Festival Fun: Between games, enjoy food trucks, open play areas, and activities for the whole family.

• Simple Sunday Schedule: Our one-day format means no hotels or long travel weekends, just a perfect Sunday of soccer.

Can competitive teams join?

To keep the environment nurturing and balanced, this event is strictly for recreational teams. It is a space for players to build confidence and enjoy the game at their own pace.
