International Soccer Tours Overview
Colorado Storm is proud to offer more than just local soccer; we provide a gateway to the world. Our international tours are designed to expand horizons and build lifelong memories. These educational trips allow players, coaches, and families to immerse themselves in global soccer cultures while training at world-renowned academies.
Composite Club Trips: Competitive and Elite players in age groups U11-U19 can join club-wide tours to unique international destinations.
Cultural Fan Experiences: Open to all members, these trips focus on the "beautiful game," allowing families to visit storied stadiums and soak in the local atmosphere.
Service-Leadership: For our older players (U15–U19), we offer opportunities to use soccer as a tool for good, breaking down cultural barriers and developing into compassionate leaders.
Custom Team Tours: Any team, regardless of level, can work with our Director of International Travel to build a custom itinerary tailored to their specific goals.

International Trips General Timeline
Phase 1: Trip Announcement & Trip Meeting via Zoom
Usually held 6-8 months prior to travel. Review of the itinerary, education about fundraising and payment plans, and registration opens.
Trip meeting documents for meetings that have occurred can be found in the Trip Slate table above.
Video recordings of meetings will be available for 4 weeks after the trip meeting, please inquire with the International Travel director for the meeting recording links.
Phase 2: Early Registration Discount Window
Registrants will receive a $150 discount if they register within 10 days of the trip meeting.
Phase 3: Fundraising
Once registered, individuals can take advantage of various fundraising resources provided by the tour provider. Teams/groups can also facilitate their own fundraising in their local regions and communities.
Phase 4: Registration Deadline
Trip registration will close 120 days prior to the departure date. Any registrations after this point may be subject to a “late registration fee”. This timeline allows the tour provider to finalize ticketing, tours, hotels, and soccer content.
If a trip is not considered "viable", meaning that there are enough participants to facilitate the trip successfully and without significant added cost to registrants, the trip will be canceled.
If the trip is canceled, registered participants will be refunded in full. Please allow 6-8 weeks for refund to process.
Phase 5: Prepare to Travel
Pre-Departure meetings will be held to finalize the itinerary, review the packing list, and answer questions.
For play-based trips (Competitive & Elite), the Coaching staff will organize training sessions prior to departure in order to familiarize players with one another.
Participants are responsible for necessary travel documentation (passports, visas) and financial commitments to the travel provider. Failure to comply with travel or financial guidelines may result in the participant being removed from the trip.
