Winter Duel Lab - South

Hosted at Storm South, the Winter Duel Lab offers a high-intensity, specialized training environment focused on the art of 1v1 and 2v2 situations. Designed to fit into a three-day evening schedule, this program gives players the concentrated repetitions needed to become confident and decisive in high-pressure match moments.

The camp is open to players from all Colorado Storm regions as well as non-Storm players looking for a targeted skill-building accelerator. Positioned as a competitive preparation and refinement opportunity, it serves developmental and competitive athletes who want to make a direct impact on the field.

Running over three consecutive days from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM, the curriculum utilizes small-sided mini pitches to maximize ball touches and engagement. Players face dynamic attack-versus-defense scenarios that demand fast decision-making, purposeful dribbling, assertive tackle execution, and creative problem-solving under pressure.

Unlike standard team practices or broad-based skill clinics, the Duel Lab isolates small-group battles to remove room for hiding and demand active involvement. It provides an ideal winter supplement to build individual tactical confidence and technical dominance between active competitive seasons.
