Winter Lightning Lab (SAQ) Camp - North

The Lightning Lab Winter Speed, Agility, and Quickness (SAQ) Camp is a targeted winter training program designed to sharpen athleticism and give young athletes a physical edge. Hosted at Storm North, this camp brings high-energy speed and footwork training indoors during the off-season. The curriculum focuses on building dynamic balance, rapid acceleration, and coordination through structured, engaging exercises.

This program serves players in the U8 through U14 age groups across developmental and competitive skill levels. Colorado Storm hosts this program as an open-access training hub for the local soccer community.
