Winter Friday Night Boys League (15U-19U) Central

Hosted at Storm Central, the Colorado Storm Friday League at Soccer City provides a dedicated 6v6 outdoor game environment tailored for male high school-aged athletes during the fall/winter transition. Spanning seven weeks with a six-game guarantee from November 16 through December 18, this Friday night league offers consistent competition at a single outdoor facility.

The league is open to boys high school teams and individual players from all Colorado Storm regions as well as non-Storm club players and external high school groups. Positioned as an in-season supplemental league, it serves competitive and elite players in the 15U–19U age groups who want to maintain match sharpness, physical conditioning, and game rhythm after the standard fall season concludes.

Utilizing a 6v6 format (5 field players plus a goalkeeper) on outdoor fields, matches feature rapid transition play, frequent ball touches, and high-tempo spatial decision-making. Certified referees direct every 50-minute match (25-minute halves), while volunteer parent coaches manage substitutions and maintain a positive, supportive sideline atmosphere focused strictly on competitive gameplay.

Unlike practice-only clinics or complex multi-venue tournament schedules, this Friday night league focuses entirely on structured match play under lights. It offers the ideal seasonal supplement for high school athletes looking to build team chemistry, sharpen execution under pressure, and prepare for upcoming high school or club showcases.

The Colorado Storm Friday League delivers a structured, competitive environment grounded in high-level match play and positive sportsmanship.
