About

Hosted at Storm Castle Rock, the New Year's Day Camp offers a full-day, high-energy training environment designed to start the year with active skill-building, confidence, and community. Held on January 1 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at The Storm Shelter, this single-day clinic provides young athletes with an engaging space to refine technical execution and elevate their game on the holiday.

The camp is open to players from all Colorado Storm regions as well as non-Storm players looking for a welcoming, high-quality soccer experience. Positioned as a versatile skill-building accelerator, it serves beginner, developmental, and competitive players across the U7 through U12 age groups who want to stay active, creative, and engaged during the winter break.

Across six hours of structured indoor training, coaches guide players through dynamic ball mastery stations, skill challenges, and small-sided games. Participants are organized by age and ability to ensure every player receives appropriate physical parity, personal coaching attention, and maximum touches on the ball.

Unlike passive holiday downtime or standard team practice routines, this holiday camp leverages a concentrated full-day setup to maximize skill repetition in a supportive indoor setting. It provides the ideal seasonal supplement for families seeking an organized, high-energy environment that keeps players focused, sharp, and excited for the upcoming year.
