About

You are more than a Storm Trainer, you are a mentor, role model, and leader who helps shape each player’s experience within our club. Rec Plus Trainers are responsible for creating engaging, development-focused training environments that reflect South Storm's culture and values.

Your primary focus is on player development, positive communication, and fostering an inclusive environment where players feel motivated to learn and compete. Through energy, professionalism, and consistency, you will help build confident young athletes while supporting the club’s mission of long-term player growth and community impact.

Coaches who demonstrate leadership, professionalism, and strong player connection may have opportunities to take on additional teams and responsibilities in future seasons.
