Soccer fees are a part of every club, at Storm it is a priority to us to utilize registration fees for exceptional programming for our membership.
Storm offers a variety of ways to help families offset Storm registration and team fees so that their children’s soccer experience with us is a positive one. Below are a variety of options we provide to our membership.
Colorado Storm coordinates the King Soopers Neighborhood Reward Card & Safeway Reloadable Gift Card fundraising programs. The club purchases $5 gift cards from the Gift Services Department and sells them to parents for face value.
Cards can be purchased at any of our regional locations. When a card is reloaded at the grocery store, Storm earns a 5% rebate. One percent of this rebate is kept by the club for administration of the program. The remaining 4% of the rebate is allocated to teams and your player is credited with the amount that is attributable to your efforts/reloads. In order to keep earning the rebates, the cards must continually be reloaded. (attach KS handout).About Purchasing Cards
For more information contact your regional office or email the rebate coordinator Patty George at email@example.com
NOTE: All members will need to set up new King Soopers cards through the Rapids Youth Soccer Club. The Storm cards will expire on June 16th. Please get your new cards from your regional offices. http://coloradostorm.com/Contact-Colorado-Storm-Association
Storm provides need-based scholarships to qualified applicants. All applicants are required to do service work or find volunteers to help with the service work for the club in this program.
We will be organizing all financial aid applications through our Outreach division of the Colorado Rapids Youth Soccer.
Please check back for more information and a link to the application.
